Shooting a Black Powder Muzzle Loader

If you would like to experience the loading and firing of a muzzle loading shotgun we can provide under our very strict safety rules:

A day or half day event to include:

Presentation on the History of the sporting guns development

Your opportunity to look at and handle examples of various shotguns and the accessories.

How to safely and accurately load the gun with, powder, wads and shot.

Your opportunity to shoot at some clay target.

Under supervision you will be given the opportunity to load and fire the gun to experience.

Why not make a day of it and include a three course Lunch with us here at Kingsplot.

We can meet the needs of all dietery requirements and all of our Food is prepared and cooked on site in our cottage Kitchen

We also have accomodation available for those who wish to make a few days of it and experience a number of the various shooting and hunting opportunities we have to offer.
